If you are new to training in general and online coaching in particular, you might find it hard to imagine exactly what is entailed and how it works. Don't worry! In the call we will schedule you can ask all of your questions. Here is some information to help you understand the process in the meantime.


Mission
Our mission is to bring the service all our clients know and love at Energia Fitness Personal Training Studio to the whole world. Not everyone lives in Berlin! And classic personal training is not the right fit for everyone's time plan and budget.
Our commitment is to bring the same personalised and tailored fitness plans to you no matter where you live and when you have time to train.
We do this by getting to know our clients and staying in constant communication through weekly checkins and in-App messaging to make sure you are making progress and never feel stuck.
All this takes place in a single app meaning you won't be sent spreadsheets on your Gmail, messages on Whatsapp and then progress photos on Instagram! One app, all you need for your fitness goals.

Use a personalised approach - unless you have a twin there is no one else with exactly the same body as you. We all have different starting points genetically and we all have vastly different lives. You can't expect a program or diet that works for one person to necessarily work for you.
